Johnson Brothers – Mutual Distributing is a family-owned wholesale company that distributes wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in North Carolina. The company is headquartered in St. Paul, MN, with seven North Carolina branch operations located in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington, Asheville, New Bern, and Elizabeth City. Johnson Brothers – Mutual Distributing is the only wholesaler to service North Carolina in its entirety.
